Request of provision of enterprise registration information

01. Conditions for application

Organizations and individuals may pay fees to obtain information about enterprise registration, legal status, and financial statements of enterprises via National Business Registration Portal or at Business Registration Office or the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

03. Procedure

Step 1: Prepare documents

Documents proving the relationship between the enterprise and the applicant
Written request of information of enterprise
Power of attorney or service contract
Valid identification document

Step 2: Submit the documents

Applicant submit the documents at Business Registration Office and pay legal expense under the laws.

Step 3: Get results

The Business Registration Office shal provide information about the enterprise to applicant.
