Registration of change of address of representative office, branch or business location
01. Conditions for application 
If an enterprise wishes to change address of its representative office, branch or business location, the enterprise has to carry out procedure for registration of such change under the laws.

03. Procedure
Step 1: Prepare a notification on change of operation of representative office, branch or business location.
Step 2: Perform tax procedures in tax bureau
Step 3: Submit the file to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) where the representative office, branch or business location is anticipated to be located.
Step 4: The BRO shall issue a receipt and check the validity of the notification. Then the BRO shall, within 03 working days from the date of receipt of valid file, issue a Certificate of operation of representative office, branch or business location and update the relevant information on National Portal of Enterprise Registration.
