Registering the change of legal representative of enterprise
01. Conditions for application 
Conditions for changing legal representative of enterprise:
1. The enterprise must register the change of legal representative from the date of such change.
2. Application is valid
3. Legal expense is paid fully

03. Procedure
Step 1: Prepare a set of the following documents
1. Notification of change of enterprise registration content
2. Valid copies of identity card of new legal representative
3. Decision and/or Meeting Minutes of
– Owner of one-member limited liability company;
– Member’s Council of limited liability company with more than 02 members;
– Board of Directors of the change will not adjust the charter of the shareholding company other than the name and signature of legal representative;
– General Meeting of Shareholders if the change will adjust the charter of the shareholding company.
Step 2: Submit the file to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) of Department of Planning and Investment within 10 days from the date of change.
Step 3: The BRO shall, within 03 business days from the date of receipt of the file, assess the file and issue an amende
