Procedure for application for license of domestic tours service
01. Conditions for application 
1. A company planning to provide domestic tours service must apply for a license of domestic tours service.
2. A foreign-invested company is not permitted to provide domestic tours service, unless otherwise stated in international treaties to which Vietnam is a party

03. Procedure
Step 1: The company pay a deposit amount of VND 100 million with the commercial bank where the company has opened a main transactional account
Step 2: The commercial bank grants a certificate of deposit payment
Step 3: The company shall appoint or sign a labor contract with person who is responsible for the domestic tours service. This person must have an immediate level or higher, or have a certificate of domestic tourism management
Step 4: Prepare a set of the following documents
1. A written application for license of domestic tours service
2. A copy of Enterprise Registration Certificate of the company which is certified by a notary office
3. The certificate of deposit payment
4. A copy of decision on appointment or labor contract between the company and the persons responsible for domestic tours service which is certified by a notary office
5. A copy of certificate immediate level or higher, or certificate of domestics tourism management of the persons responsible for tours service which is certified by a notary office
Step 5: Submit the file to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism where the company is located
Step 6: The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, within 10 days from the date of receipt of valid file, grant a license for domestic tours service, or in case of refusal, notify in writing and specify the reason therefor.
