Change of Investment Certificate to Enterprise Registration Certificate

01. Conditions for application

An enterprise which has been issued Investment Certificate or Investment Registration Certificate or equivalent can obtain Enterprise registration certificate without changing the registration content

1. 2014 Law on Enterprise
2. Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP

03. Procedure

Step 1: Prepare the following documents

1. Valid copy of Investment Certificate;

2. Valid copy of Certificate of tax registration;

3. Written request of information update

Step 2: Submit the documents at Business Registration Office (“BRO”)

Step 3: Get result

The BRO shall issue an enterprise registration certificate within 03 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents.
