Registration of establishment of business location
01. Conditions for application 
If an enterprise wishes to open a business location, it has to carry out registration procedure under the laws.

03. Procedure
Step 1: Prepare a notification on establishment of business location
Step 2: Submit the notification to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) where the business location is placed within 10 days from the date of decision on establishment of the location.
Step 3: The BRO shall, within 03 working days from the date of receipt of valid file, update information about the business location on National Portal of Enterprise Registration, and, at the enterprise’s request, issue a certificate of registration of business location.
