Procedure for termination of operation of representative office, branch or business location
01. Conditions for application 
Representative office, branch, or business location shall be terminated in the following cases:
1. At the enterprise's consent
2. By decision of revocation of certificate of operation of state agency

3. Decree No. 108/2018/NĐ-CP
4. Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BKHĐT
5. Circular No. 20/2015/TT-BKHĐT
03. Procedure
Step 1: Prepare the following documents
- Notice of termination of branch, representative office or business location
- Decision on termination of branch, representative office, or business location, or Decision on revocation of its certificate of operation
- List of creditors and outstanding debts, including tax and social insurance
- List of laborers and their corresponding benefits
- Certificate of operation of branch or representative office
- Seal of branch or representative office (if any)
Step 2: Submit the file
Enterprise shall send the aforesaid documents to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) where the representative office, branch or business location is placed.
Step 3: Get results
The BRO shall check the validity of the documents, and change the status of the representative office, branch or business location into termination status, and issue a Notice of termination.
