Procedure for opening bank account

Enterprise is responsible for notifying (online) Department of Planning and Investment about its opened bank account.

03. Procedure
Step 1: Prepare a notice of change of enterprise registration content
Step 2: Submit the notice to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) where the enterprise is registered.
Step 3: Get result
The BRO shall update the information on the National Portal of Enterprise Registration for General Tax Department’s reference. The BRO shall so issue a certificate of change of enterprise registration content at the enterprise’s request.
