Change of tax registration content

01. Conditions for application

This procedure applies in case the change of tax registration does not change the content of enterprise registration.

03. Procedure

Step 1: Prepare a Notice of change of enterprise registration content

Step 2: Submit the notice to Business Registration Office (“BRO”) where the enterprise is located together with supporting documents.

Step 3: Get result

The BRO shall update the information on the National Portal of Enterprise Registration for General Tax Department’s reference. The BRO shall so issue a certificate of change of enterprise registration content at the enterprise’s request.
